Financial Payment Policy
- All co-pays are due at the time of service. If you have no insurance coverage, a $100 down payment is due at time of service.
- All private pay balances, except for co-pays, paid within 30 days of the first billing are eligible for a 10% discount.
- Balances under $100 need to be paid in full at time of first billing. All other balances are to be paid in three monthly payments. If you cannot meet these guidelines, call us at the numbers listed or refer to our financial assistance program for further assistance.
- South Central Health Hospital Clinic Association accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as payment options.
Financial Assistance Program
South Central Health is dedicated to providing health care to our patients, regardless of their ability to pay for these services. If you are unable to pay for all or part of the care you receive, you may be eligible for free or discounted services. SCH charges all individuals equally regardless if medical coverage is insurance or private pay. Discounts are offered based on family size and annual income.
